RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - IMPACT DISTRO
At Impact Distro, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all hardware devices are cleaned properly before sending them back. Certain consumable products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

RETURN PERIOD
Defective products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Before returning any product, customers must make sure that all hardware devices — including pod systems, mod systems, 510 battery devices, and vaporizers — are thoroughly cleaned and emptied. We are not responsible for packages lost, mishandled, or confiscated during shipping by the courier service.
Note: A 15% processing fee may be charged if returned items contain liquid residue, hemp material, or any other particles.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety purposes, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include:
- E-liquids, coils, pods, and cartridges
- Disposable devices
- Prerolls and flower products
- Kratom items
- Batteries and similar consumable goods
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping expenses. Shipping fees are non-refundable since they are charged by third-party carriers and not by our company directly.
PROMOTIONAL AND CLEARANCE PURCHASES
Products purchased during promotional events, sales, or clearance offers are considered final sale items and are not eligible for replacement or exchange, as they are already offered at discounted pricing
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is refused by the customer or returned by the shipping carrier, shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible, including credit cards, debit cards, or wire transfers. If the original payment method is unavailable, such as with expired prepaid cards or canceled accounts, refunds may be provided in the form of store credit. Any shipping charges incurred during the order process will be deducted from the refund total.
RESTOCKING AND PROCESSING FEES
A 15% restocking or return processing fee may apply under the following circumstances:
- Returned products are not properly cleaned or emptied.
- Items show signs of physical damage, misuse, or user-related error.
- Products are returned opened or without original packaging.
- The reported defect cannot be verified during inspection or can be resolved through standard troubleshooting procedures.
