Orders are handled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM CDT. Please be aware that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
- Daily Cutoff: Our shipping cutoff time is 3:30 PM CDT.
- Tracking: If you receive a tracking number after this time, your order has been prepared but may not be dispatched from our facility until the following business day.
CUSTOMER TAX OBLIGATIONS
All customers are responsible for filing taxes on nicotine and vape products with their respective state authorities as per local regulations.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our aim is to process your order promptly, usually within the same day of placement. However, during periods of high demand (such as holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 24–48 hours.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY

- Eligibility: Free Shipping is valid for carts totaling $999 or more (excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping charges).
Free Shipping Exclusions:
Free shipping may not be available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, or for packages that exceed certain weight limits. Additionally, some heavy or fragile items may incur a separate shipping fee, including:
